Ingredients
- 2 light, whole grain rolls
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 2 slices red onion
- 2 cooked chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 1/8 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and mashed
Preparation
- On the bottom half of each roll, layer lettuce, tomato, red onion and chicken.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Spread mashed avocado on top half of roll and place on top of chicken.
